Our skilled procurement professionals have experience leading procurement and supply chain initiatives on large and small scales.
Beyond large outsourcing projects, clients turn to us for expert staffing for their key sourcing projects. We provide skilled procurement professionals when organizations already have a core team in place, but need additional staff to support their internal clients and projects as well as when organizations lack a procurement department. Some examples of such times of need are noted below:
Peak Workload – We’ve all experienced times where project and workload activities reach a maximum – including fiscal year end, restructuring efforts, mergers, key projects, etc. We can jump in and provide immediate value and support.
Major Projects – Significant projects often take 4 or 5 months or more, creating difficulty within the procurement organization as resources are realigned to try to pick up the additional workload. This additional workload can be supported by one of our experienced professionals.
Key Commodity Sourcing – A number of key commodities only require sourcing activity every 3 or more years. You may not have experts on staff that have the expertise to handle these products and/or services. We do. When you need commodity professionals call on us to assist.
